Company structure

Although we are not a small firm, we are not over large either. This means that we can cater for larger jobs, whilst retaining our personal service. We are very much a family company, who only take people on who are trustworthy and who are often friends of the family before they become employees.
All staff are personal friends or trained within the company and this has led to a very high standard. |

Contractors
In addition to regular staff, we have several contractors. We do not use people that we don't know well and our contractors are efficient and trustworthy. Our plasterers and carpenters are personal friends and we have used them for many years.
